BIGFOOT HUNT
Northern Minnesota
June 22-29, 2014

This was our second trip to Northern Minnesota to hunt for the hairy beast called Sasquatch.  Check out our previous trip here.  This time around we picked another spot deep in the woods.  We rented a cabin on a lake 20+ miles off the main road.  It was even more remote than I thought it would be.  The cabin was really nice but far far from civilization which is exactly what we wanted.

THE HUNT
We brought one new piece of equipment this trip, a Trail Cam.  We set it up around the perimeter and moved the camera every couple days.  We did not catch any evidence on it.  We did some night calls and knocks but the beast still eludes us.  Until our next Hunt.

We did find a bear track that was very close to the cabin,  just feet away from the front door.

SIDE TRIPS
We drove to Ely and ate at the Stony Lodge Cafe, home of the Sasquatch burger.

Hospital ER - While exploring the woods, Cyndi had an allergic reaction to bug bites.  The mosquitoes where horrible!  That was a long ride out of the woods into civilization.
