Gettysburg, PA
We came across this covered bridge in a book, Ghosts of Gettysburg, by Mark Nesbitt. There is a whole series of these books with different paranormal places and stories in each of them. The bridge was just off of the audio driving tour. We were the only ones there and the town was quite crowded. In Ghosts of Gettysburg there is a claim of seeing a man in a wheelchair on the bridge. Take a look at what we found.
DIRECTIONS
Go South out of town on Emmitsburg Road, turn right on Millerstown Road which turns into Pumping Station Road. Go a short distance and turn left on Roberta Way and right on Waterworks Road.
