RETURN TO HOUSE ON THE RAVINE

This is the second investigation we have done at House on the Ravine.  Click here for evidence from that very active investigation and history of the property.

Since our last investigation the owner had a house cleaning performed.  We wanted to see for ourselves if any spirits remained.

EVIDENCE
After setting up our equipment in the house our first stop was the Haunted Woods where the Ditch Devil lives (see report from previous investigation).  The only interesting piece of evidence we collected in the woods is a photo.  We took numerous photos in the woods and did not have any others with an orb.  Could it be paranormal?  Possibly. 

After our adventure in the woods we headed up to the attic where we had a lot of activity in our previous investigation.  We searched the attic and discovered an old doll and a playing card.  The doll had a name written on it, Tammy Stadler.  We could not find any information about this girl but think the attic was used as a bedroom at one time.  Could it be Tammy's bedroom?  We used these as trigger objects in hopes the spirits would come out.  Unfortunately Tammy did not come out to play.

Audio

During this first audio clip Joe and Cyndi were outside taking a break.  They are the only people at this property.  You can hear their voices in the background but something else remains in the house.

The second audio clip takes place in the bedroom on the main floor.  The entrance to the attic is in this bedroom.  Joe and Cyndi hear footsteps in the attic and what sounds like someone coming down the ladder.  The flashlight turned on and off during this time.

This clip was taken with a stationary IR camera in the attic.  Joe and Cyndi are in the bedroom at this time and hear footsteps in the attic, see audio clip above.  At first we thought this was a mouse.  But the timing of it coinciding with the footsteps and the "mouse" pausing near the doll on the floor makes us wonder if it could be a spirit orb.  A mouse can't make the footsteps we heard.  Our final conclusion is this is a mouse but there is a possibility it is paranormal.  Look to the left of the screen.  After a few seconds you will see a large dust orb then a few seconds later a small orb goes across the floor from left to right.

CONCLUSION

This time around the activity was definitely less than before.  One thing different from the previous investigation was we got an EMF reading throughout the entire house.  The owner clarified there had been no changes to the electrical.  Could the cleansing have produced this?  We don't know but the feeling of the house was also different.  We had no activity in the attic but during the previous investigation there was a lot of activity in the attic.  We have been on many cases and the steps we heard in the attic were, strangely, one of the most creepy things we have experienced.  We could actually hear footsteps on the metal of the ladder.  Joe even experienced a feeling of numbness when this happened.  We have heard steps before but this time it did not feel friendly.  Did the good spirits move on and leave behind something that could not?  We don't know but it was very interesting to be able to return to a location and have a completely difference experience.
