Large Anomaly photo

This photo was sent in by Gary. Notice the large anomalies on the left side. The photo was taken with an iPhone during the day without a flash. What do you think this is?

I have two photo's taken recently at my home.I have had a paranormal investigation done,havent gotten the review yet. my daughter took both the photos. one is in the back yard where you can clearly see the face of a woman and baby. the other is in my daughters room behind her there is what looks like a skeleton face. I tried to get to the link to post them but its saying "can not be found"? do you have any advice on how to post them? I am very interested in any feedback. thanks julie
