I took this on a ghost hunt at the Thackray Medical Museum in Leeds, UK. It used to be a poor house and is considered very haunted - although I didn't know that a 'waving ghost' had been seen before till AFTER my visit! It was actually July (date wrong on camera), and the hottest night of the year. we were in thin blouses at midnight. I didn't see anything. I was just snapping at random into the dark. The 'ghost' seems to be developing out of orbs as it walks through the wall to the left! I've never caught anything like this before or after though I have found orbs on my pics sometimes. Thanks Diana for sending in this unusual picture. From diana l Add Comment This interesting photo comes from our Twitter friend Roberto. Did something supernatural make a visit to his bedroom? Tell us what you think! We have another photo from Kimberly. Do you see something mysterious in the woods or are your eyes playing tricks? The next photo I took at a old cemetery in the historical town of Millburn in Lake County IL in February of 2012. I used my blackberry torch, once again. I was randomly snapping photos of angel statues in the snow. When I got home, I uploaded them, and noticed a figure in the wooded area,or what I believe appeared to be one. It could be nothing, but to me I see a strange figure, and immediately thought it resembled Albert Einstein, so I circled it, and showed my family and a couple friends what I think I saw,and questioned them if they see what I am seeing,or is it just my imagination. Well, a couple people seen a figure, the rest thought I was nuts. This panoramic photo comes from Maddie while on a hike at Starved Rock State Park, Uitica, IL. She sees a woman in a long pink dress with her hair up in a bun walking towards the water and her horse is laying down behind her with a white feather on its head. What do you see? Starved Rock has some interesting history. This area has been home to Native American Indians and was a stop on the Lewis and Clark expedition. Starved Rock gets it's name from a conflict between the Native tribes and the Illinois confederation ending in a mass starvation. There have been many tragedies here including multiple falls from the high cliffs resulting in injury, drowning, or death. The most horrifying deaths occurred on March 14, 1960, when three women were bound and beaten to death by a tree branch near the St. Louis Canyon. The killer was caught and sentenced to life in prison. Below is a photo of the women. Could one of them still be haunting the woods? In the first picture no ghostly apparitions are seen but take a good look at the second one. Here are two enlarged photos of the scene with and without the lady in pink. You can plainly see the tree to the right casting a shadow and also shadows on the concrete wall of Maddie and her friends but the lady in pink does not seem to cast a shadow. Here are the three women who were murdered at Starved Rock State Park. Could one of them be roaming the woods or is the lady in pink a new mystery at the state park? This picture comes from Gary. It was taken by a friend of his while on a haunted tour in Chicago. They said the street was empty at that time. Is a spirit still hanging around the Windy City? This photo was sent to us by Amanda. It was taken at Lakeshore Mental Health Institute in Knoxville, TN. Here is what Amanda has to say about the photo. If you look closely you can see a half of a person kind of hiding behind a doorway. Blue robe with black hair. You can kind of see the top of a hand inside the pocket. This was taken with a professional camera. This photo comes from Amanda. Here is what she has to say about this ghostly photo. I took this with my digital camera at Lakeshore Mental Health Institute in Knoxville, TN. This is the front of the abandoned school building. This is one of several pictures I captured things in. This photo was sent in by Valarie, Co-Founder of The Decrepit. It was taken 3/12/12 in Flinderation Tunnel, Salem WV. Poltergeist activity (rocks tossed on command, in response etc.), whistling, and disembodied voices are heard at this creepy tunnel. What do you see in the photo?
